Slogan Collection Competition Ignites Passion for Quality
The Quality Slogan Collection Competition, which aimed to deepen the staff's understanding of quality responsibility, received enthusiastic participation from all employees. After layers of selection and full-staff voting, 12 quality golden phrases that directly hit the core of quality management were selected. Finally, the Quality Center stood out and won the honor of "The Most Influential Quality Slogan". This activity not only enriched the form of quality publicity and education but also made the concept of "quality responsibility" take root in the hearts of every employee.
Skill Competition Shows Ingenuity and Craftsmanship
Focusing on core production links, the Skill Competition covered 10 key processes, carrying out all-dimensional competitions from assembly to inspection. The participating employees showed exquisite professional skills and rigorous work attitudes in the intense competition, fully demonstrating Oceanwell's professional style of pursuing excellence. After fierce competition, the competition produced 10 first prizes, 10 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 40 encouragement prizes. Each award is a recognition of the employees' professional ability and a witness to the continuous improvement of the company's production quality level.
Knowledge Competition Unites Forces for Quality
The Quality Knowledge Competition attracted 9 teams to compete on the same stage. The contestants competed fiercely around professional knowledge such as quality management systems, product standards and process requirements. In the end, the General Manager's Office won the championship with an excellent score of 96 points, and the Quality Center and the Engineering Technology Center ranked second and third respectively. This competition not only tested the professional quality knowledge reserve of the employees but also strengthened the communication and learning among various departments, laying a solid theoretical foundation for building a quality defense line.
